A very modern // Contemporary interior design, a mix between sleek neat lines with touches of hyped art, a warm feeling as if you are in your living room area not in an office lounge, and a functional multi-purpose space for music Recording room and office. EDGE PRODUCTION
705 Studio & EDGE Post-Production are collaborative creative office located in Dubai Studio city, the mood of the office is design to be industrial design with an urban touch, using raw metal looks, raw GI metal, raw solid wood, brick in white and red colors for wall finishes, concrete flooring finish and open ceiling in black finish. The urban touch comes from the graffiti behind 705 Studio Logo & the murals on the wall behind the working station.

HAYATNA FRESH STORE
Hayatna is a well known brand for mainly dairy products & Fresh Juice, the project interior is designed to give the look and feel of an actual fresh market, with the boxes of fruits & vegetables, banners on top, and enclosure of each stand. The interior design is quite minimal, modern but with the use of natural material such as wood cladding for walls and around the products, wood boxes, wood flooring, and using wood finishes in the main reception/ purchasing desk, and pastel hues of colors, in pendant lights and assigning the products panels in an organized way. The Interior markets allows for Hayatna to accommodate all their products.

Asian Accent is a brand new Asian restaurant, part of Resolute foods group, provide dishes from 7 cities in Asia, designed with a modern yet urban touch, to feel close to visitors, same as its dishes, enchanting the interior walls with the magical Asian art mural with a custom art concept design combines different Asian cultures together in harmony, a young soul restaurant yet very rich with culture and history.

TORTA RESTAURANT
Torta is an international cuisine Restaurant & Cafe but also specialized and best known of Desserts & Bakery, the intent for the Restaurant to be classy, Rich, & having a simple luxurious look. Accordingly, the Interior design intent was to go with Contemporary neo classical design, together with the look & feel of materials. Using Marble finishes for the bar island and tables with contrast between white and black hues and using the copper shiny feel for the lighting catering and some decoration and using the steel green color of the steel decoration as if the copper has already rusted in green in intended way. With lovely wooden feature in wavy way to express the melting experience of the delicious food & desserts.

BUTTERFLY CAFE'
& RESTAURANT
Butterfly Cafe & Restaurant is a cozy warm restaurant which serves an international cuisine but focusing on the Mediterranean taste, very keen to provide the warm, friendly, homey environment for the visitors, and that’s what we decided to focus on in our design. The interior design of this project is using warm tones even with cold colors to provide this warm friendly environment that all Mediterranean areas are featured with, also using some of the blue hues to give a little beach effect, and using the design geometry, formation, pattern, logo features in an abstract neat way to establish the classy mood of the restaurant. The place is peaceful destination where people can go in the lunch break during their work and also can go for night dine.
